The Ryerson Midwifery Education Program (MEP) and Association of Ryerson Midwifery Students (ARMS) are working together on a Student Engagement project which aims to create presentation that could be used for potential applicants to the MEP to give them a greater understanding of the MEP and midwifery as a career.

We are looking for Ryerson film student(s) to film a series of focus groups that can later be edited into eight 1-2minute mini videos to be added to a PowerPoint presentation. The proposed dates are July 30/31st and Aug. 1st/7th/9th for filming, and the remainder of august for editing.

There will be compensation for this position, but we are currently working out funding and budgets for this project. Payment can be discussed further when applying for this position. This would be a great way to participate in other Ryerson University programs, and have an added project for your portfolio!

Please contact Bianca Marlatt bmarlatt@ryerson.ca with your resume, year of study and contact information by July 22nd 2012.

Thank you!
