As a leading clothing retailer of finer menswear based in Toronto and operating in major centres across Canada, an exciting and challenging internship opportunity exists in the E-Commerce Department at our Central Office. We are currently seeking a student to assist and support the Department in the following areas:

RESPONSIBILITIES

–          Responsible for set-up/tear-down of sets, equipment and lights for studio shoots
–          Assist in testing lights and equipment
–          Selecting, cropping, editing and color correcting digital images
–          Archiving and transferring digital images
–          Uploading final digital images to a Content Management System
–          Assist in pick up/return of props from HR Warehouse for studio shoots
–          General maintenance of photo studio and equipment
–          Assisting the photographer throughout the day as needed

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE

–          Currently enrolled in a photography or related digital media program – or recently completed program
–          Fluent in DSLR camera photography
–          Advanced Adobe Photoshop skills
–          Experience working on Macintosh computers
–          Some practical experience working in a photo studio
–          Basic understanding of how to use Capture One
–          Familiar with and have good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and the Internet
–          Motivated, quick leaner, efficient, with good attention to detail and ability to multi-task

Location:              Central Office, 77 Bloor St. West, Suite 1600, Toronto, ON M5S 1M2 (At Bay Subway)

Required:
May & August: 2 days a week
June & July: 5 days a week
9 a.m.-5 p.m. daily
