We are Neighbour 2 Neighbour 2.0, an interagency collaborative working to reduce social isolation and keep seniors connected. We’re looking for someone to help us execute (film and edit) a social awareness film project.

Length 2-3 minutes

Audience general population

Film Style simple and direct

Reason raise awareness about issue and what can be done about it

Salary $400.00

Timeline 3 months. Aiming to begin by mid May and end by mid August. This is flexible.

Content

  1. Education what is social isolation and why does it matter?
  2. Stories real stories from real seniors. How does isolation impact them?
  3. Hope Opinions/advice from real seniors and volunteers. Focus is on how to help reduce social isolation.
  4. Impact real stories from real seniors who are connected
  5. Contact where people can get more info and N2N contact details

 

The Videographer  

We are looking for someone who has a straightforward, clean and simple film style. We feel this style will result in the most impactful video.

We are looking for someone who is skilled at film making and editing

We are looking for someone who works well in a team

We are looking for someone who understands and is sensitive to the needs of seniors and who comes from an anti-ageist perspective
